Shipping:

We offer international shipping. Our shipping times range from 5-9 business days, depending on your location. We ship orders based on where inventory is readily available, including locations in the United States and overseas.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

After your package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over what happens to it. Therefore, Olivia Blaire Boutique will not cover losses or assume responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping company. We strongly advise you to monitor your package's tracking information regularly and contact the delivery company directly for more information if required.

 

Exchanges:

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help! Simply reach out to us at hi@oliviablaire.com, and our friendly team will be glad to assist you with your exchange.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll do our best to ensure you find the perfect fit and style that makes you feel fabulous. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Kindly note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Olivia Blaire. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for mascara, an unused item from your order must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund or return. The mascara must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged.


To initiate a return, please email us at hi@oliviablaire.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a small restocking fee may apply to returned items. Our team will provide you with the details upon processing your return.

 

Address Change and Order Cancellation:

At Olivia Blaire Boutique, we pride ourselves on processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Our dedication to efficiency means that some orders are shipped on the same day they are placed. This rapid processing ensures that you receive your items swiftly but also implies that we have a very narrow window to adjust shipping addresses or cancel orders.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. If you discover an error after submission or if you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at hi@oliviablaire.com. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the requested adjustments or cancel the order, rest assured that we will do our utmost to assist you. However, please be aware that once an order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
